Healing is something our bodies are naturally built to do — but in the rush of modern life, it’s not always easy to slow down enough for that process to unfold. When the nervous system softens, the body finally has the space to restore balance, vitality, and ease.
My work is designed to support that shift.
I create a calming, restorative environment while also addressing the deeper physical patterns that contribute to pain and tension. Whether we’re working with scar tissue, adhesions, or chronic hypertonicity, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools — including cupping, Graston, and craniosacral techniques — to meet your body’s needs with precision and care.
Seattle residents come to me for help with acute or chronic pain, migraines, injury recovery, monthly maintenance, and chronic stress, but every session is tailored to the individual. Your body’s story is unique, and our work together will reflect that.
Illness and imbalance can take many forms. The path toward healing begins with creating space for ease.

Craniosacral Therapy
Specialties/Modalities
This is a gentle, subtle form of bodywork that works with the natural rhythms of the nervous system. Using a light, supportive touch, the therapist listens to the body’s patterns and helps release restrictions that may be held deep within the tissues. Unlike massage, which focuses on muscle manipulation, craniosacral therapy creates space for the body to shift from “fight-or-flight” into a state of ease and repair. Many clients describe it as deeply calming, restorative, and feeling better emotionally. This approach is also supportive for headaches, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and much more, all while being in a restorative state.
Swedish Massage
is the classic full-body massage designed to relax the nervous system, ease muscle tension, and improve circulation. Using long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic movements, this technique soothes both body and mind. It’s an excellent choice if you’re new to massage, want to reduce stress, or simply wish to feel deeply relaxed and refreshed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage works on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to release chronic tension and restore mobility. Using slower, more focused pressure, this technique targets areas of tightness, knots, and restricted movement. It’s especially helpful for people with long-standing muscle tension, repetitive strain, or recovery needs after physical activity. While the pressure is firmer than Swedish massage, the goal is always therapeutic relief—not discomfort.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient healing technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues. (Negative pressure). This increased circulation helps release tension, reduce stagnation, and support the body’s natural healing process. Many clients find cupping deeply relaxing while also noticing greater ease of movement, reduced muscle tightness, and improved recovery. It can be offered on its own or combined with massage for enhanced results.
Graston/Gua Sha
This technique uses a smooth, handheld tool to gently glide over the skin, helping to break up adhesions in the fascia and encourage healthy circulation. Clients often experience a “lightness” and greater freedom of movement after treatment. This method can be especially helpful for chronic tension, scar tissue, or areas that don’t fully release with hands-on massage alone.
Prenatal Massage
therapeutic bodywork designed to support people during pregnancy. It adapts traditional massage techniques to the physiological and emotional changes that occur as the body grows and shifts. The client is positioned side-lying or semi-reclined with bolsters and pillows to avoid pressure on the abdomen and low back.
